COVID-19 Measures Update

Updated 12th May 2020

The COVID-19 virus is having an impact on RICS professionals and regulated firms whose work involves direct contact with clients, customers, and tenants, whether in an office or through visits to a property. This is causing significant uncertainty for many, especially as government guidance continues to evolve.

On 11 May 2020 the UK Government amended the coronavirus (COVID-19) regulations to make clear that people who wish to move home can do so. This guidance provides important public health information to ensure that moving home and key activities around this, such as surveys, can happen safely meaning that Surveyors are free to visit properties to carry out surveys as long as all public health guidance on social distancing must be followed.

The health and wellbeing of our team, their families, our clients and the wider community will remain the priority and therefore we will be assessing each situation and will only undertake surveys of occupied properties if we are confident that it is safe to do so and we will continue to monitor the situation and adapt our measures as per the latest government guidance in order to combat the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

During this period we will be encouraging our staff to work from home we would ask you not to contact the office and alternatively contact us by email at where we will do our best to answer your query as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time, please stay safe.

Yours faithfully
